gopika is a south indian actress born in Thrissur, kerala.Her actual name is Gely.After completing her 12th standard she did her sociology from calicut university.She is also a best classical dancer.Her first film was Oranayamanythooval,but tht film was not helpful for her.Her second film FOR THE PEOPLE which was a blockbluster and it was dubbed to many of the indian languages.The first film in Tamil , "AUTOGRAPH" was directed by cheran and it is also a blockbluster.this film make her very popular in tamil and south india.
